WHAT'S NEW WITH UK BONDS?

Yesterday, UK sold £3.8bn of 3 year gilts (bonds) with negative yields of 0.003% for the first time. Meaning that if you invest in this, at maturity, you will get less than what you paid in when accounting for interest payments and principal. Bank of England might be looking at negative interest rates.
